How do I get a price and book a cleaning?
Simply head to our Book Now page, enter your postal code, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, select your preferred service type, and choose a date and time. You'll receive an instant price, and booking is fully secure online.
Are your cleaners vetted and insured?
Yes — every cleaner on The Wipe Crew team is thoroughly background-checked, reference-checked, and fully insured. We only send people to your home that we would trust in our own.
What is included in a standard clean?
Our standard clean includes dusting all surfaces, vacuuming all floors and carpets, mopping hard floors, cleaning the kitchen (counters, sinks, stovetop exterior), cleaning bathrooms (toilet, sink, tub/shower, mirrors), and tidying living spaces. For a complete list, visit our Services page.
What's the difference between a standard clean and a deep clean?
A standard clean covers regular maintenance of your home. A deep clean is more intensive — it includes everything in a standard clean plus baseboards, door frames, inside the oven, detailed dusting of hard-to-reach areas, and more. We recommend a deep clean for first-time clients or after extended periods between cleans.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all! Most of our clients provide access via a key, lockbox, or door code. Our cleaners are fully vetted and trusted, so you can go about your day with complete peace of mind.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes! Our cleaners arrive fully equipped with professional-grade supplies and equipment. If you have a preference for specific products (e.g. fragrance-free or eco-friendly), just let us know when booking and we'll do our best to accommodate.
What is your satisfaction guarantee?
We stand behind our work 100%. If for any reason you're not happy with a clean, contact us within 24 hours and we'll send a cleaner back to address any missed areas at no extra charge.
How do I reschedule or cancel a booking?
You can reschedule or cancel by contacting us by phone, text, or email. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Do you offer recurring cleaning plans?
Yes! We offer weekly, bi-weekly (every 2 weeks), tri-weekly (every 3 weeks), and monthly plans. Recurring clients enjoy discounted rates. Our most popular plans are tri-weekly and monthly.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure online booking platform. Payment is processed securely — no cash required.
